By using RodeoAI you agree to these terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a committee, company, or broadcast network, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
You agree not to abuse the platform, probe infrastructure, or submit unlawful content. We can suspend access for misuse, abuse, or unpaid invoices.
Customers retain ownership of their chats, event data, attachments, and predictions. DataSpur owns the RodeoAI software and brand.
Paid plans renew monthly unless otherwise stated in a separate order form. Late invoices may incur interest and access suspension.
The service is provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes at competition, though we work hard to ensure accuracy and uptime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid during the 12 months prior to a claim.
We may update these terms and will post the effective date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
