Privacy Policy

RodeoAI by DataSpur (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides analytics, AI chat, and collaboration tools for rodeo organizations. This policy explains how we handle information inside our Cloudflare and Supabase infrastructure.

Data we collect

• Account information (name, email, authentication tokens)
• Chat transcripts, attachments, and Supabase storage objects created by your team
• Usage metrics (browser type, feature adoption) to improve performance

How we use data

Data is used to deliver the RodeoAI product, diagnose reliability issues, and generate anonymized product analytics. We never sell customer data or train third-party models with it.

Infrastructure

All traffic is proxied through Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare Pages. Persistent storage and authentication live in Supabase (Postgres + storage + auth). Attachments are encrypted at rest.

AI providers

When you send a prompt, we proxy it to Anthropic or OpenAI over TLS. We do not allow those providers to retain your chats for training.

Retention & deletion

You can delete chats and files at any time inside the app. Account-wide deletion requests can be sent to privacy@dataspur.ai.
